All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars and include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST)  of 15% - this tax is removed for overseas orders.  Payments are processed in NZ$.

All orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received, and you will receive an email advising that your order has been shipped.  If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.

All orders are subject to New Zealand law.

 

New Zealand Shipping

We use Fastway Couriers.  Packages are tracked and require signature upon delivery.  Postage and packaging is NZ$5.00 for delivery to urban centres, and NZ$7.00 for rural delivery.

Free postage for orders over NZ$100.00.

Delivery should take 1-3 working days.  If you have not received your order by the fourth working day after receiving an email that your order has been shipped, please let us know so we can track the parcel.

You will be notified of the label number for your parcel in the email advising your order has been shipped.  Go to www.fastway.co.nz to track the parcel yourself.

 

International Shipping

The shipping options for your country will be automatically calculated when you complete your order.

International Air is not tracked and should take up to 10 working days.
International Courier is tracked, signature required, and should take up to 6 working days.  Please note, this service is not available for all destinations.
Express International Courier is tracked, signature required, and should take up to 5 working days.
Please let us know if you do not want to sign for your parcel.  Please note that we cannot be responsible for parcels that are delivered without a signature.

Be aware, sometimes parcels take longer - please remember that once the item is in the postal system, the shipping process is out of our hands.

 

Refunds

We understand that when buying products online sometimes it can be difficult to judge the size, colour and shape, so if the product doesn't suit, or is faulty, simply send it back in the original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you with a credit or refund your money (for the cost of the item only, not the shipping).

If you choose a replacement item we will send it back at no additional shipping charge.
